Switzerland

Switzerland is a federal republic located in western-central Europe, bordering France, Italy, Austria, Liechtenstein and Germany. Its capital is Bern. The country is geographically divided between the Alps, the Swiss Plateau and the Jura mountains.

Switzerland is known for its mountains, rolling hills, plains, and large lakes. It houses three of Europe’s major languages: German, French and Italian.
